Join us as we take you through our virtual workouts that you can do from anywhere!
We are specializing in simple, 40-50 minute workouts. Only 1-set of dumbbells (medium weight) on Monday’s and Friday’s, and all BODYWEIGHT on Wednesday’s.
Times for Zoom are: M-W-F 6am, 915am, and M-W 6:30pm.
How to get into our Zoom Room? Upon purchase, you will receive an automatic email with our ZOOM Meeting ID.
