          HOW DO SUMMER CAMPS WORK?

          WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CLASS?

          Please dress comfortably in athletic shorts/shirts and tennis shoes. It's a good idea for kids to have a water bottle too.  They are welcome to bring work out gloves for use on the equipment but it's not necessary.  

          WHAT IF MY CHILD MISSES A CLASS?

          Due to the high volume of kids currently in our programs and the huge amount on our waiting lists, there are NO refunds or credits and ONLY ONE make up is allowed at an open gym during the four week session for which your child in enrolled.  

          CAN I SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT CLASS IF MY SCHEDULE CHANGES?

          Unfortunately, with a wait list of over 300 kids we cannot make any changes to the roster once you've registered.  Please make sure you read over each link carefully to make sure you are registering for the correct day, class, time, and session.

          CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD TO BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

          Definitely!  You're welcome to bring your own food and decorations. We just ask that all food and drinks are kept in the waiting area only. We do not have a refrigerator or freezer so ice cream cakes might not be the best idea!  

          WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

          Once the party is booked we will only issue a refund of $250 if you need to cancel more than two weeks ahead.  $150 is non-refundable! If the party is canceled with less than 2 weeks notice no refund will be issued.  

           DO I NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?

          Yes.  Any child participating in ANY FMU event including classes, open gyms or a birthday party will need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.  Waivers can be found at the following link:  https://app.waiverforever.com/pending/b6Ibn6jDGF1451694794

          CLASSES ARE SOLD OUT HOW CAN MY CHILD GET INVOLVED AT FMU?

          We do open gyms several times a month.  To be notified of open gym sign ups please click on open gym email in the menu bar.  You can also sign up for the wait list to be notified of any opening or if additional classes are added to the schedule.  There is also a wait list signup link in the menu bar.  

          DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE TRAINING?

          As of this time we do not offer private training. Our schedule is mainly booked up with group training classes for kids and adults, open gyms, and special events. 

          WHAT DO YOU OFFER FOR HIGH SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN?

          High school group classes are mainly scheduled during summer months (June-August). Offerings are only scheduled at certain times during the school year for this age group. Please refer to our youth page for regular updates.

          WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR CLASSES AND NINJA CLASSES?

          In short, Ninja classes just have a bigger focus on obstacle training and is a more independent-based format. 

          CAN MY CHILD MOVE UP AN AGE GROUP?

          Children can move up an age group as long as they have been approved. Kids develop physically and psychologically at different times than others. Based on their needs, interests, and developmental levels, we can determine together if an older age group would be a better fit.
